From October 25 to November 5, 2021, the international school "Complex Analysis, Geometry and Dynamics" (CIMPA school) is being held at Urgench State University.

Today, October 30, 2021, the international conference "Trends in Complex Geometry" was held at the school.

The conference was attended by well-known academicians, mathematicians, representatives of the Khorezm Mamun Academy and young scientists. Mathematicians from foreign countries also participated through the ZOOM platform.

The international conference was attended by the rector of Urgench State University Bakhrom Abdullaev, professors and students of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, talented students, undergraduates, doctoral students and media workers of national and foreign universities.

The conference was opened and moderated by Academician A. Sadullaev. The event was attended by academician of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan Sirojiddin Mirziyoyev, director of the Institute of Mathematics, academician Shavkat Ayupov, vice-rector of the National University of Uzbekistan Hikmat Sabirov, chairman of the Mathematical Society of Uzbekistan, academician Abdulla Azamov. Stephanie Nyvochelar, head of the CIMPA school at the University of the Cote d'Azur, said that the main goal of this international school and international conference is to further develop the areas of complex analysis, dynamical systems and potential theory of mathematics in our country. He wished the participants success in the work of the conference, stressing the need to continue reforms aimed at the development of science in the country, to familiarize young scientists and students with the latest achievements in mathematics and motivation to engage in research.

After that, the seminar continued in the afternoon with a training session.
