On February 9, 2022, a meeting was held at the Mamun Khorezm Academy in cooperation with the Khorezm Regional Administration, the Republican Center for Spirituality and Education, the Khorezm Mamun Academy, Urgench State University. The meeting was held in order to develop a program of events to celebrate the 1050th anniversary of the birth of the great Khorezm scientist Abu Raykhan Beruni and study the proposals of scientists. The meeting was chaired by the deputy khokim of the Khorezm region Salaev Sanatbek Kamilovich. During the meeting, the first deputy head of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Education Jurakulov Furkat Noryigitovich spoke, emphasizing that the 1050th anniversary of Abu Rayhon Beruni should be held at the Khorezm Mamun Academy. Chairman of the Khorezm Mamun Academy Abdullayev Ikrom Iskandarovich said that an international conference should be held as part of the celebration of the 1050th anniversary of Abu Rayhon Beruni.
