Engineering methods used in the restoration of towers, which are important in ancient Khorezm architecture, have not been specially studied in science. The Khiva towers were studied by V.L. Voronin, V. Bulatov, I. I. Notkin as part of a complex of architectural monuments of a general nature. t is difficult to say that these studies are sufficient in terms of the architectural structure, equipment, seismicity of the tower, and most importantly, the underground parts of these towers - the ground and foundations - have not been studied. This, in turn, requires a serious study of laws, traditional principles and principles unknown to science when restoring ancient towers. In particular, not only the towers in Khiva, but also the underground part of most of the existing towers in the country, that is, how the land and its foundation were cultivated, no scientific research was carried out, and no information was provided in any sources.

Within the framework of this topic, for the first time in the history of ancient Khorezm, methods of building Khiva towers, architectural composition, building materials, history of construction, ground and underground structures were scientifically and deeply analyzed. In particular, the general patterns of restoration of ancient towers, the features of various indicators on the scientific topic of the 2nd year doctoral student of the Khorezm Mamun Academy Kakhramon Saburov "Development of criteria for ensuring the stability of world famous Khiva towers" are studied, general patterns of restoration of ancient towers, the features of various indicators are studied.

Employees of the "Laboratory for Testing and Repairing Building Materials of Historical and Architectural Monuments of the South Aral Sea" of the Mamun Khorezm Academy are currently monitoring underground and aboveground structures of the ancient towers of Khiva (Bikadzhon Bika Madrasah, Sheikh Mavlon Bobo, Shohimardon Complex). An innovative database on the technical condition of the towers has been formed, on the basis of which the commendable practical work on the creation of a 3D object in the modern Auto CAD program using the 3 ds Max program is being completed.

Documents on the "Database of Khiva Towers" have been prepared for submission to the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Also, in parallel with the study of any historical monument in Khiva, the researcher Bekzod Khudayberganov continues to monitor the study of various properties of wooden structures.
