On April 29, 2021, an online meeting was held between the Khorezm Mamun Academy, Urgench State University and the Holon Institute of Technology of Israel. The meeting was attended by the chairman of the Khorezm Academy Mamuna I.Abdullaev, the rector of the Urgench State University B.Abdullaev and the director of the Kholon Technological Institute E.Yakubov and employees of these organizations. The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Israel F.Mahmudova.

During the meeting, the parties signed memorandums of understanding and exchanged views on further work and possible areas of cooperation. At the next stage, joint road maps were developed and work on their basis was agreed.
